Mike: Most of the lenders don’t ask you to lie. Most of them just take your application and honestly even when I work with lenders that say specifically that this loan doesn’t qualify because it’s investment property, they’ll still take my application and process it normally and I get loan modifications. It just baffles me.

Ryan: But are they not as good? I mean, if all things being equal –

Mike: They don’t qualify, Ryan, to make as much money on the deal because they don’t get all the incentives from the government.

Ryan: So the bank basically can’t get paid as much for modifying an investment loan as a regular loan. So it’s something to consider. And maybe Doug originally purchased this property as a home.

Mike: That’s what a lot of investors, like me, did. You lived in the home for a few years and then you moved on and you were able to keep it and retain it as rental property so if that’s the case, you should just proceed with the loan modification request even if one of the reps tells you that it doesn’t qualify because it’s investment property. Still submit it and I think you’ll be surprised, it gets processed normally. You will, of course, have to divulge the rental income that you get.

Ryan: Alright. And Denise asks when you have one primary and two rental properties do you start with the primary? If you’re upside down on one versus another, is it best to start with the one with equity or the one that is upside down? Should I start with my first NEGAM at a million fifty – oh, that’s ugly – or with my second at 7.5 for 0,000. Let’s assume this is her primary residence she’s talking about. She lives in a house cost .3 million. And should she start with her first mortgage, her second mortgage, or one of her rental properties with equity or one without?

How to play MOD files and convert MOD TOD Video files to AVI WMV MPEG MP4 FLV VOB MOV MKV MP3

This is an article about what’s MOD, how to play MOD files and convert MOD TOD Video files to AVI WMV MPEG MP4 FLV VOB MOV MKV MP3.

Part 1. JVC camcorder, Cannon FS100 camera and other similar cameras record their movies as .MOD files. A question thus arises, what’s MOD format, how to play MOD files on Computer?

.MOD files are actually MPEG-2 files with AC3 audio, similar to a VOB file on a DVD or the M2T files used on Sony hard drive camcorders,  this video file format is used on many digital camcorders, such as the JVC Everio, the Canon FS100 and the Panasonic D-Snap SD-card camcorders. For playback, I liked the VLC player the best. An alternative player is MPlayer (but it played my movies rather slow).

Part 2. How to Convert MOD Video files to AVI WMV MPEG MP4 FLV VOB MOV MKV MP3

Step 1. First copy the .MOD file from your video camera to your hard drive. then install and run Daniusoft MOD Converter, Click the “Add Files” button to browse your computer hard disc and load the MOD/TOD video files you want to convert to the software.

Step 2. Output Settings
After you import MOD TOD video files, you are allowed to select an output format for each video file and specify a directory on your computer to save the output files, If you want to convert mod/TOD video for portable device and don’t know which formats your device supports, you can just select the format according to the device name.

In the output settings area you can click “Settings” button to customize the output parameters like video resolution, frame rate, bit rate, encoder, etc, if you want to make things simple, the default setting also works well.

Part 3. How to crop/ trim/ effect the MOD TOD video files to improve the output Video quality(Advanced Function Optional)

After importing video files, please click “Edit” button to access to the Video Edit panel.

Crop – adjust video size, Cut off the black edge of your video to let you enjoy your movie in full screen by click the ‘Crop’ button.
You are allowed to finish cropping by the following three ways:

Dragging cropping frame – Move your mouse cursor onto one of the eight small adjustment boxes on the cropping frame (the dashed line) and drag the crop frame to crop the DVD file such as cutting off top and bottom black bar. The cropped result will be shown on the Output Preview at the same time.

Selecting aspect ratio – You are allowed to select an output aspect ratio from the Zoom drop-down list. There are six choices available: Keep original, Full screen, 16:9, 4:3, Letter box and Pan & Scan.

Setting the values – Type the value directly or set the value in “Left”, “Right” and “Cropped area size” area to set the position of the cropping frame.

Trim – Clip video segment, trim any segment of your MOD Video clips to convert.

Design watermark – If you want to add some personal information either in text or image form as watermark to decorate your video, you can realize it by click “Watermark”.

StarCraft is a military science fiction video game that came on the market in 1998 from Blizzard Entertainment. It has become one of the best-selling computer games with more than 9 million copies sold throughout the world. It is regarded as one of the best games of all times and raised the bar for the development of future video games. Based on the success of this game Starcraft mods have also been developed, by hackers who want to cash in on this success and make money on their own.

Many of the custom modifications you get when you purchase the StarCraft game use the same editor. However, with some of the newer games you have to make a few custom hacks changes to be able to get around the restrictions of the existing editor. Some of the mod creators even record their own sound effects and voices, but for the most part they still exhibit the same polished integrated structure as the original game. This is because it is relatively easy to break the balancing and produce artwork that fits in with the Blizzard creations.

There are custom mods for the StarCraft game that do have changes made in the programming. This gives these mods their own unique take on the game. Hackers that create these mods can adapt the StarCratft files and have different sounds and graphics. Some of the mods are even more intense than the original game providing for single players. Others have made extensive changes to the sound and graphics and even the action of the game itself.

There are many different mods of the StaraCraft game, some of which vary little from the original. They include:

- Aliens vs. Predator: Retribution TC – this is a German speaking version of the game with total conversion

- Brutkrieg.de’s TC pack – This German version of the game features a collection of homemade add-on packs and TC’s. They are bundled together and sold as one package.

- Gundam Century – This was originally called GundamCraft that replaced the StarCraft graphics with the manga mecha characters of Gundam and their robotic vehicles. The game also replaced two of the StarCraft races – Federation replaced Terrans and Neo Zion replaced Protoss. The site was shut down for a while, but is now live again. However production of new mods has not resumed.

- NeoTech – This mod features an upgrade to all the Terran forces with most of the units replaced by units that look more spectacular.

- Open Rebellion – This is a total conversion of the Brood War that very closely resembles the original version.

- Robotech: Enemy Frontier – This is a total conversion of the Robotech game of the 1980′s.

- StarCraft Sickel Add-On – This is a fan built extension kit for the Brood War game. It adds to the existing line of units and allows for the addition of new units. There are two new Terran tanks, a new Zerg unit and several capital classes of Protoss.

- StarCraft Team Fortress – This mod totally changes the game so that it is somewhat like the Half-Life Team Fortress.
